If you wish to delete all of your offline content, check the box and click "OK". If you just want to delete your Temporary Internet Files, just click the "OK" button.
NOTE: If you store sensitive information on your computer such as passwords, they may be deleted.
Your cache should now be cleared and web pages should load faster, and with correct content.
