You may frequently encounter links to Microsoft Office documents (PowerPoint, Word, Excel for example) in your online course, on the Internet, and in your email messages. These documents can be opened for viewing and/or saved to your computer. If you do not have Microsoft Office, free software called viewers, will allow you to view the files.
